Arbitration Commitment Term

By this Private Instrument, on the one hand:

agree that, under the terms of Law 9307/96, they will submit to arbitration the definitive settlement of disputes arising out of the Contract ____________ (name of contract), entered into on __/__/____ (“Contract” – attached copy) by and between the parties, according to the following conditions:

The arbitration shall be managed by MED ARB RB, website www.medarbrb.com, and shall comply with the standards established in its Regulation (check if ultra-expedited, expedited or regular arbitration is preferred).

The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the MED ARB RB Regulation, accepted by the parties, in force on the date of the request for initiation.

The subject of arbitration is the definitive settlement of the dispute between the parties arising out of the Contract, under the following terms:

The proceeding shall occur online, in accordance with the MED ARB RB Regulation.

The costs and expenses related to the Arbitration procedure shall be paid in advance by both parties, with the costs and schedules of arbitrators being fixed in accordance with the respective Table of Costs and Fees of MED ARB RB.

In witness whereof, the parties execute this arbitration commitment term in 3 counterparts of equal content and form in the presence of 2 witnesses.
