MED ARB RB has a structured secretariat to support all procedures. It relies on the ADAM Platform (www.adamtecnologia.com), a secure digital platform, internationally recognized and compliant with CONIMA (www.conima.org.br), structured for communication and file sharing among the secretariat, the parties, and the arbitrators or mediators.

The Platform provides participants with a secure and efficient way to communicate and archive all materials related to the case procedures, such as procedural orders, presentations, and exhibits, and will serve as the forum through which the secretariat will communicate with the parties, lawyers, and experts in all procedures.

Additionally, the platform includes a calendar for relevant dates and deadlines that facilitate organization and a bulletin board for experts to communicate practical information to the parties, as well as providing archiving services after the conclusion of the procedures, all to enable a good user experience in the business environment.
